SensusAccess is a web-based service that allows text, some web pages and a variety of file types to be converted into alternative, accessible formats including mp3, braille and ebook. The service can be accessed though the Library web pages here.
Text or a URL can be pasted into the webform, or a file uploaded, and the desired converted file format chosen. The converted file is then sent to your university email address.
Please note the following when using SensusAccess:
- Files can only be sent to University of Wolverhampton email addresses ending in @wlv.ac.uk.
- Not all web pages can be converted.
- Larger files will take longer to convert, so it may take longer to receive the converted file.
