How do I enrol?

All new and returning students are required to enrol at the start of each academic year. This year students can do this online before arriving on campus.

Enrolment instructions

For new students: 

Log into your e:Vision account, then select Enrolment

  • You will then be asked click to register for an IT account. Follow the instructions.
  • Once you have accepted the terms and conditions for using our IT services and created your password, you will be given your university email address (ending with @wlv.ac.uk).  Using this email you will then be able to access Canvas and your Course Induction information.
  • Once the IT account has been confirmed, you will then need to log back into e:Vision. 
  • You can now upload your ID photo if you haven’t already done so - for full instructions on this go to www.wlv.ac.uk/photoid.   
  • Then to start your enrolment click the SELECT button in the bottom right corner - full instructions for the process can be found here, 

For continuing students:

  • Once you have obtained enough credits to progress on to your next year of study, you will be notified that enrolment and module registration is open for you in e:Vision.
  • It is important that you complete both tasks as soon as possible so that we can prepare your personalised timetable ahead of the new academic year.
  • You will need to log in to your e:Vision and select the ‘Enrolment’ button on the home page. From here you’ll be able to add your personal details and tell us how you’re funding your studies.
  • Once you have completed the Personal Details, Education and Fees sections, you’ll then be able to move on to Module Registration.
