How do I log a Helpdesk call on e:Vision?

You can log a Helpdesk call by logging in to e:Vision.

  • Log in to e:Vision
  • Click the Help option, and scroll down to the section marked Log a new call to...
  • Select the team you need to contact
  • Select the type of query you have, and complete the details of your help call
  • Click Send
  • Helpdesk calls are generally answered with 2 -3 working days. At busy times this may be extended to 5 - 7 days
  • If you have already logged a Helpdesk call for this query, please reopen the call instead of logging a new call
