option, and scroll down to the section marked
Log a new call to...
Select the team you need to contact
Select the type of query you have, and complete the details of your help call
Click
Send
Helpdesk calls are generally answered with
2 -3 working days
. At busy times this may be extended to
5 - 7 days
If you have already logged a Helpdesk call for this query, please
reopen the call
instead of logging a new call
