06/04/24 - Replacement ID cards service is now available
05/04/24 - Replacement ID cards service is currently unavailable and has been reported to Digital Services
03/04/24 -  The Long Loan (30 day) laptop service has resumed and devices can - subject to demand - be requested through LibrarySearch
26/03/24 - Self-Service Kiosks are now operating in 'online mode' and any loans or return transactions will be reflected in real time on the borrower's library account
26/03/24 - Short loan (6 hour) laptops are now available at Harrison, Walsall and Hutchison (Telford) Libraries
21/03/24 - Replacement ID cards can be produced at Harrison Library
20/03/24 - New SCONUL Access and Alumni Access registrations are now able to be processed
19/03/24 - Telford Extend Access is back available from Tuesday 19th March
18/03/24 - Access to PCs at Hutchison Library has returned. Student PCs now available at all campus libraries 
15/03/24 - Access to Reading lists through Canvas should now be restored
14/03/24 - Student PCs on the 2nd floor in Harrison and both floors at Walsall Campus Library are back available
13/03/24 - Student PCs on the ground and first floor of Harrison Library have now been restored, along with some PCs at Walsall
13/03/24 - There may be issues accessing reading lists through Canvas when off campus or not using the University's network
08/03/24 - Book Requests are now available again via LibrarySearch
08/03/24 - Self-Service Kiosks are now operating in 'online mode' and any loans or return transactions will be reflected in real time on the borrower's library account 
08/03/24 - Reading Lists are now showing on Canvas although we are still working through a few problems with a small number of reading lists. Please bear with us.
01/03/24 - Inter-Library Loan requests are now available again
29/02/24 - Academic access to Leganto has been restored
29/02/24 - Eduroam Wi-Fi is now available again for students to use on campus
29/02/24 - LibrarySearch Account Login is now available (LibrarySearch requests remain unavailable)
28/02/24 - Library room bookings are now available again 
27/02/24 - Temporary Wi-Fi deployed to areas of Walsall Campus Library and Hutchison Library
27/02/24 - Access to the vast majority of online library resources and databases is gradually being restored - see our linked FAQ on Electronic Resources Access. Although reading lists remain down in Canvas, you can type your module code into LibrarySearch to see a list of books associated with that module. 
26/02/24 - Normal Opening hours resume this week at Walsall Campus Library and Harrison Library. Regular Skills drop-ins are available this week
23/02/24 - Digital Services have deployed temporary WIFI to Harrison Library. Please speak to a member of the library team for more information
23/02/24 - Students can send files to print at Digital Print Services by emailing the attachment to dpsstudentprinting@wlv.ac.uk
