To register for Alumni library access, please fill out the form at https://www.wlv.ac.uk/lib/info/alumni-library-access/application-form/. It usually takes two working days for requests to be processed, after which you should receive a confirmation email and be able to begin using the library. When collecting your alumni card on your first visit, please remember to bring a form of photo ID in with you.

It is also possible to visit one of our library helpdesks and apply in person to get an alumni access card. Please bring a form of ID and proof of completion of your studies at the University of Wolverhampton, such as your degree certificate.

Once you have registered, services you will have access to include:

  • Access to Learning Spaces at any of our campus libraries
  • Access to Print Collections and Resources including being able to borrow up to 5 items
  • Access to WIFI using the University's Guest WIFI network or eduroam

Please note that access to electronic resources is subject to licensing restrictions which usually limit usage to current students and staff only. A full list of currently available open access resources can be found at https://www.wlv.ac.uk/lib/resources/open-access-resources-/
