There are a number of resources available to you, for building your digital skills:

1. The first place we would recommend is Digital Service's webpages, which you can find here: https://www.wlv.ac.uk/its/. In particular, have a look over Your IT Essentials to understand the basics of important software like Teams, E:Vision and Microsoft Office. 

2. There is also the 'Digital Confidence' Canvas course, which has been designed to take you through many of the crucial lessons of using technology at university. You can enrol on this course any time by heading to this link: https://canvas.wlv.ac.uk/enroll/TFBEKN.
