Padding is a 30-minute window between group room bookings.
- This is done to allow ventilation in rooms once they have been used (for Covid-related reasons).
- Bookings cannot be made to overlap the padding window.
- You will see padding as a red square on the booking system, which means the room is unavailable for booking.
