How do I get a DBS check for my course?

You can apply for your DBS check via e:Vision.

  • Log in to e:Vision
  • Click My tasks to view details of your DBS check
  • Make your £40 payment via the University's eStore by selecting your course from the list
  • Retain your receipt as it will contain information needed to continue with your application
  • Go back to My tasks in e:Vision to continue with your DBS application
  • Once you have completed the application, you will need to print your ID verification sheet
  • Take your ID verification sheet, your ID, and your £6 ID verification fee to a Post Office
  • Your application will be submitted for processing - your DBS check is complete when your DBS certificate is issued by post
